Personality
Euphemia comes across as a very cheerful person, she's always smiling, teasing and poking those around her, and often tends to be innocent to a fault in her ability to openly accept those around her. However she is not naive, she has seen suffering, pain and poverty from afar and is genuinely a kind person who wants to help those people. She's unable to stand seeing those around her sad so she always tries her best to smile and cheer them up believing this is the only way she can offer some kind of help or support.
History
Born to the Duke of Britannia, in London, England; Euphemia (or Euphie as she is referred as by almost everyone) was one of the younger daughters of the Duke and as such was never required to interact much with other nobles. Living a sheltered life, away from her family's political manoeuvring, Euphie knows very little of the world. She is aware, however, that her status as her father's daughter makes her a useful political pawn to be used. Despite disagreeing with this, Euphie is a very dutiful daughter and is well aware that she could help people.
That is the main reason why she finds herself in Cross right now, other than to continue her studies, she serves as a political pawn, somewhat of an ambassador to America. Though she actually has little to no power, Euphie serves as a charismatic figure and is easily attractive to those around her because she is a good person. She is also someone who seems easily swayed by certain people (though most find that this is certainly not the case).
She finds her stay in Cross no different than her life in London, except now she serves as a public figurehead rather than just being sheltered within the walls of her home. Being still young and wilful, she entertains herself by disappearing from her escorts and visiting places in Cross incognito.
